Your spouse’s dignity is non-negotiable.
No relative — on either side — has the right to insult, belittle, or shame your partner.

Stop reporting every argument to outsiders.
Private issues become harder to fix when too many voices enter the room.
Handle problems internally first. Not every disagreement is for public consumption.
5. The Boundary of Time

Your home comes before extended family demands.
Charity begins at home — with your spouse, your children, and your peace.
6. The Boundary of Fairness

What you won’t tolerate from your in-laws,
don’t practice on your spouse’s family.
Boundaries work only when they’re consistent. What applies to one side applies to the other.

Say the hard things.
Have the uncomfortable conversations with your family.
Clear truth now prevents deep resentment later.
