Hello beautiful souls 🤍 I hope you’re all doing well.
I’m currently editing the next video, a gentle weaving of kalimba, crystal singing bowls, and bird song. It feels like a quiet clearing. I think it will be a beautiful space to land when you need stillness.
Behind the scenes, the sound healing journal is almost ready. The last few months have held a few life redirects and surprises, including losing power during Winter Storm Fern. These have shifted my timeline a bit, so early March now feels more realistic for the journal's release. I can't wait to share it with you all. I'm so proud of what it's becoming.
It's not just pages and prompts. It’s a doorway. A mindfulness tool, yes, but also an invitation into deeper relationship with sound and frequency. A starting place for anyone who has wondered what it feels like to work with vibration in a more embodied way. I'm also excited for the next tracks to come. I'll have more updates soon.

Hello dear ones,
The Aligned Muse Shop is now open, and I’m so grateful to finally share it with you.
This has been a quiet project in the works for some time. I wanted to offer something that feels like a natural extension of what we create together: pieces that bring the energy of the sound baths into your everyday spaces and moments.
Most of these designs are based on my most popular Koshi Chime recordings as well as my version of the Om Shanti Shanti Shanti mantra. Each has been brought to life as a watercolor rendition of the video artwork, with the actual spectrograms from the recordings woven into the design. These piece is both art and frequency, carrying the resonance of the sounds into a tangible form. You’ll likely recognize the designs if you know the videos. I also have simple Aligned Muse logo pieces for anyone who prefers a more minimal style.
You’ll find t-shirts, canvas prints, and mugs, each holding a piece of the soundscapes we’ve shared together.

Hello my friends. I hope everyone is staying safe and warm. Winter Storm Fern swept through my area this week, and while we're all okay, we were without power for a couple of days. My thoughts are with anyone else who was affected. I hope you're all finding comfort and care during this time.
Being offline put me a bit behind on work, but I'm getting back into the flow now. I have some beautiful new recordings planned that I'm excited to share with you, including a kalimba session, a crystal pyramid work that was requested, and some new Koshi chime blends I've been dreaming up. I've also been wrapping up a couple of time-consuming projects that are nearly complete, so I'm looking forward to returning to a more regular rhythm of releases.
I'm continuously inspired by the kindness and grace of this community. Your understanding and support lift me up in ways I can't quite put into words. Thank you for being such beautiful souls.
