I love setting intentions about 48 hours after the new moon.

For me, that timing feels powerful. The new moon plants the seed, but the waxing phase of our beloved moon-y is where momentum begins to build. It’s subtle, but you can feel the forward movement. I like working with that energy instead of rushing the very first day.

If you have the 1 hour Manifestation Ritual, here’s something I invite you to try.

After you’ve journaled and before you go into the second round of EFT, add this prompt into Chatgpt together with your answers:

"Based on my answers, create a deeply embodied “day in the life” of my future self. Write it in present tense so it feels real, grounded, and fully lived. Use sensory details, emotional depth, and natural pacing so it doesn’t read like a fantasy, but like a memory I’m stepping into.

Let it feel calm, specific, aligned. Not dramatic. Not exaggerated. Just true.

I want to read this and feel my nervous system soften. I want to recognize myself in it."

Read it back to yourself. Make sure it actually feels aligned, grounded, and true to who you are becoming. Then move into the second EFT round and the embodiment meditation holding that identity in your body.

Another thing I love doing is recording myself reading the results of that prompt out loud with high vibrational frequency music softly playing in the background. I listen to that recording every morning right after I wake up and again before bed. Those in-between states are when the subconscious is most receptive, and repetition helps the identity settle into the nervous system.

Bc for me manifestation is about clarity, alignment, and gentle repetition. And I find waxing moon is a beautiful time to let momentum build.

Wow. How are we feeling. After waking up at 5am for the 3rd time this week, I was grumpy AF.

Affirmations work because of repetition.
From a neuroscience perspective, the brain learns through repeated exposure. The thoughts you repeat most often strengthen specific neural pathways. Over time, those pathways become your default patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting.

When you listen to the same affirmation again and again, especially in relaxed states like waking up, walking, or falling asleep, the subconscious mind becomes more receptive. Familiar thoughts feel safer to the nervous system. And what feels safe is more easily accepted as true.
