Hi everyone. I hope you enjoy the variety I have on my different playlists and my tutorials. I try to encourage everyone to "have a go and don't worry about being perfect ". I started off crocheting but lately I'm really enjoying knitting as it's easier on my hands.
I also spent some time travelling and housesitting and made some videos to show the beauty of New Zealand.

Eerily quiet and still after the storm 😵💫 not a breath of wind which is unusual on the coast. Lots of clean up to do. Just a mild concussion 🤣 Storm has moved down south.

House is vibrating like crazy!!! My big 6 foot gates have smashed open and are flinging around. No way am I going outside in this storm!! The storm hasn't even gone full impact yet. 😵💫 power is out most of lower north island.

All 8 Manawatu/Wanganui regions in state of energency. It's a wild wind out there. Basically a Cyclone but they can't call it a Cyclone cos it's not tropical. The wind is screaming thru the cracks in my windows. Sirens going off in Town. I'm huddled up in blankets in the middle room of my house. The temperature has dropped dramatically.

Manawatu has now declared a state of emergency. Not much preparation I can do. I've got food, water, torches, power banks for phone but last time even my phone wouldn't work on data. That's 4 districts in a state of emergency within one hour. It's the rain coming down the rivers from the mountains that is the problem. Causing massive floods and landslides. I'll be back online when it's over 🥰

Lunch, breakfast and dinner all in one. Cooked in beef fat. Any other food during the day is fruit, nuts, bacon /eggs if I'm peckish. Cutting out all carbs stops me feeling hungry 😎 Cooking in beef fat/lard/dripping stops you craving sugar which is manmade fat.
On top of the meat n veges is beef liver powder & flax seed oil.

When I was 17/18 years old I could dance to disco at the pub for 4 hours straight without getting tired. Nowadays I can only do 2 hrs straight. 70s, 80s, 90s music, dancing in my lounge non stop. Fun way to keep slim and fit. 🤣
