Today marks three years since I first embraced solo travel. Before that, my journeys, spanning more than a dozen countries, were always shared with friends and family. Taking the leap alone was daunting, but I challenged myself by venturing into five states across India — a country vast, complex, and especially intimidating for a woman traveling solo for the first time.
I felt fear, excitement, and exhilaration all at once. Yet those two weeks reshaped my perspective of India, revealing a side far richer and more personal than the one most people imagine. Time has flown, but the friendships I forged in Delhi, Faridabad, Agra, Amritsar, and Manali remain close to my heart. I even met wonderful companions from Bangalore during a grueling 16-hour bus ride. The connections I made were all so genuine that I know I will never forget them. #india#delhi#agra#manalidiaries#amritsar#faridabad
Flying over Manila Bay at golden hour, boats scattered like stars resting beneath a sky painted in gold and coral. #manilabay#manila#philippines#sunset
My first visit in Malaysia was in Kuala Lumpur with my sons and husband back in 2019. I am back in Malaysia after 6 years, and this time in Malaysia’s Sabah State (City of Kota Kinabalu) with my sister! We have been enjoying our stay here. Terima Kasih #kotakinabalu#sabah#malaysia
My younger sister and mom sent me flowers on my birthday because they know I am sick and sad today. Thanks for the love Carol and Mama Rica! Thank you for making me smile. I love you both #birthday
Hyperthyroidism and PCOS has created a complex web of hormonal imbalance affecting multiple systems in my body — metabolism, reproductive health, and mood.
I have become Diabetic and Hypertensive because of that hormonal imbalance. I easily get tired and has become very sensitive and moody. And to top it all, I have bouts of sleepless nights due to anxiety attacks and depressive episodes.
I am actually so tired of dealing with all these. I have frequented the hospital these days that I no longer find the time to travel and enjoy life.
This body has gone through so much in just a decade, from 45 kilos to 75; from extra small to extra large; from skinny to chubby. This body has been sick for so many times and it was not just the physical form but my mental well-being suffered too.
I only hope people could be kinder and more understanding of the physical, mental and emotional rollercoaster ride I have been on for quite some time. Believe me, it is not easy to be me. #mentalhealth#unwell
I am thrilled to share that I was awarded “Best Dressed” during our Office Team Building! But here’s the real takeaway—it’s never about size, height, age, or waistline. It’s about confidence—the way you carry yourself, the energy you radiate, and the way you own your style. Wear it with pride, and it will shine through! #bestdressed#confidence#selflove
Our first ever Feeder Train ride in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. This is just a 19-minute-ride from Bandung City Center to Padalarang (and vice versa). This is a free, connecting ride that took us to where the Whoosh Bullet Train is. #bandung#westjava#indonesia#travel
