Our New House Build In Ghana!
Designing this building has truly been a project of love. It's taken a year to get here due to a ton of changes but the final design allows for each floor to contain a 3 bedroom apartment that turns into 2 separate apartments known as Hybrid apartments. I may share the internal floor plan of the 3 in one, lets see! But for now, it's time for structural calculations!

"I did it!"
My 2-year-old’s favorite saying — and for now, mine too!
I just let out a 3-bed buy-to-let after only 4 days on the market. I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous this time around because there were so many other properties available. But in the end, location, layout, and a little bit of soft sales won 🏆.
I had 6 viewings lined up, but 3 didn’t show. 🤯🤬
They confirmed an hour before, then ghosted! When time is so precious, that kind of thing really gets to me — it’s a reminder that time = money, and sometimes it’s worth delegating these tasks.
Either way, this turn-key property was a win for my client:
✅ Let at £10 above the expected rent
✅ Achieving an 11.5% gross yield
Not bad at all. 💪
