What began in 2010 with me consciously leaving my career in corporate America after 10 years to manifest my passion to help others, quickly grew into my coaching business DB Leadership and Coaching.

Today, I’m blessed to help people all over the world through my Workshops, Masterminds, Speaking Engagements, and 1:1 Coaching.

I help individuals and groups achieve the unachievable by awakening their inner leader, identifying & removing blocks, sharing how to lead from the future, and actualizing their dreams.
