I was never the woman who tried hard to be liked.

One of my top reset rituals is setting myself back to zero! 🛁
Usually on Sundays, but also whenever I’ve been around too much mixed energy or I notice certain thoughts getting loud and I know very clearly this ISN'T actually me.
I run a bath with Epsom salt or Dead Sea salt, add a few drops of rose oil 🌹 to raise the frequency a bit and invite love back in, and then I keep it simple. That’s it. I like things clean, clear and uncluttered.
I block this time like an important appointment and I usually don’t explain what the appointment is either. People in constant rush tend not to get it anyway.
After the bath I use coconut oil 🥥 and I’m generous with it to seal in that fresh, clean energy and letting it settle properly.
And because this ritual is sacred to me, I turned it into sound for y'all! 🌊🤍
