Hi everybody so I wanted to share my Channel with you here. I'm going to talk about weight loss issues intermittent fasting good choices in food.
I also want to occasionally show you a nice cooking video. I want to cook more at home & not go out as much since lately I've been a little down & out so we've been going out more than staying home & cooking.
But I just want food shopping & I'm going to cook more at home & show you a nice cooking videos.
I'll be showing you our breakfast lunch dinner brunch & snacks & making good choices.
I definitely want to go live if I get more subscribers so we can talk about different ways on how to keep our weight off, weight loss issues food addiction because it's so important.
It's not easy to be on a weight loss program Believe Me .
Definitely on occasion I'll just be talking about life, putting those types of things here too Just Vlogs about life

Hey everybody unfortunately there's something wrong with this email that is associated with this channel
I cannot upload videos anymore with the phone that I'm using
Not even on the computer I can't even upload anything
so I have to change phones
when I change phones I'm not going to be able to access this channel
so I have to transfer over all the videos from this channel over to my other channel so I want to tell you guys that I want to keep this channel but I don't know how to find the email or even update another email that will be associated with it
I've contacted Yahoo of contacted optimum and I've contacted YouTube
and they cannot help me navigate and troubleshoot why when I start a new phone this channel does not show up in my cache
So I have a mane YouTube channel that I post pretty much whatever I post here I post over there so I'm going to give you that link please add yourself to my main channel because this channel is going to die away
