CAYA is a decentralized, biblically grounded movement that reimagines church through intimate micro-gatherings, creative outreach, and culturally responsive discipleship. Rather than centering on buildings or programs, we cultivate sacred spaces wherever people are—homes, parks, online and beyond.
This flexible model empowers bi-vocational leaders and prioritizes emotional safety, relational depth, and spiritual authenticity. We reject performance-driven ministry in favor of real conversations, restorative practices, and radical grace for those navigating pain, doubt or spiritual dislocation.
We live out the invitation of Jesus in Matthew 11:28—“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” This promise guides our posture of hospitality, hope, and healing.
