DID YOU KNOW?
Former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has a truly unusual lifestyle and diet.
He eats six meals a day, consisting almost entirely of beef, chicken breast, and broccoli — and he never drinks alcohol or coffee.
Vince hits the gym every single day, rarely taking a rest day. He’s known for being addicted to training — even at his age, he still works out like a professional athlete.
His workouts usually last around two and a half hours, typically from 1 AM to 3:30 AM.
Each session includes:
1 hour of heavy weightlifting (deadlifts, squats, bench press, shoulder press, etc.)
45 minutes of cardio
30 minutes of stretching, core, and lower back work
He always trains after finishing his work, no matter how late it gets.
People close to him say that even at his age, Vince can still deadlift over 400 pounds (around 180 kg).
Vince once said:
“If I don’t train, I feel weak… and guilty.”

JBL once admitted: “If it wasn’t for Eddie Guerrero, there would be no JBL.”
Back in 2004, after splitting from the APA, he struggled to prove himself as a true main-event star. Fans were doubtful, and even WWE wasn’t convinced he could carry the top spot.
Then Eddie came along. In their feud—especially that bloody war at Judgment Day—Eddie poured in his sacrifice, trust, and heart to mold JBL into a genuine villain. Eddie’s selflessness and commitment helped transform JBL into a believable champion.
That’s why JBL always says Eddie saved his career. Not just inside the ring, but as a man who gave him respect and an opportunity he would cherish for the rest of his life.

CM Punk shared an emotional memory:
“Not many people know this, but I wrestled Eddie Guerrero a lot on the indies. When I first met him, Eddie was going through a tough time in his life. We quickly became friends, and during that period, he went to rehab, started over, and earned his job back with WWE. Even after re-signing with WWE, Eddie still kept his promises to the indie shows — including a match with me.
That day, I told him: ‘I’m really happy for you.’ At the time, Eddie was the WWE Intercontinental Champion, and I was the IWC Champion. Eddie turned to the promoter and said: ‘I can’t beat your champion. Let’s go to a time-limit draw.’ I agreed, but inside I was nervous as hell — I had to wrestle Eddie Guerrero for 30 minutes! I thought he was incredibly humble, not only honoring his commitment, but also protecting me since I had more shows coming up.
The match was intense. Eddie was like a machine, the crowd was on their feet, and I was completely exhausted. After 30 minutes, Eddie grabbed the mic and said: ‘Punky, I can’t end it like this. Give me 5 more minutes, and I’ll even put the Intercontinental Title on the line.’ That wasn’t planned at all — it was entirely his idea. I almost cried right there.
He looked at me and said: ‘Sorry Punky, I’ve gotta hit you with the Frog Splash.’ And as a lifelong Eddie fan, I couldn’t have been happier. When the match was over, Eddie grabbed the mic again and told me: ‘You’re good. One day, you’re gonna make it to WWE and fight me for this title.’
That moment has stayed with me for life.”

Here’s a fun fact that not many people know about Rhea Ripley:
She was the first Australian woman to win the NXT Women’s Championship.
Born as Demi Bennett in Adelaide, South Australia, Rhea Ripley made history in WWE by becoming the first female Australian to hold a major women’s title in the company. Even more impressively, she is the only woman in WWE history to have held all of the following titles:
NXT UK Women’s Championship
NXT Women’s Championship
Raw/SmackDown Women’s Championship (now the Women’s World Championship)
That makes her one of the most decorated and versatile female wrestlers in WWE, and she accomplished much of this while still in her 20s.

🔥 #5: Drew McIntyre – When Justice Turns Into Fury (2023) 🔥
Once the embodiment of honor and resilience, Drew McIntyre has become something darker—something far more dangerous. After constant screwjobs by The Bloodline, being overshadowed by CM Punk’s return, and years of silence from WWE leadership, Drew snapped… but not in the way you’d expect.
💥 He didn’t complain—he evolved. His promos became fire. His rage turned cold. And his mission? Crystal clear: Take down everyone who stood in his way.
The fans once cheered for him. Now, they don’t know what to feel.
Because Drew didn’t change—he just stopped pretending everything was okay.
👉 Watch the full breakdown of Drew's 2023 transformation now on Wrestling Sphere!
