As the Lead for Tenders & Partnerships, you will lead the department, manage teams, build strategic business partnerships for joint-bidding, and ensure the success of all government and international procurement efforts.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Departmental Leadership: Lead the Tender & Partnership Department, manage teams, and ensure cross-departmental collaboration.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain effective partnerships with other business entities to participate in joint-bidding as required.
• High-Level Liaison: Create and maintain a strong liaison and information network with relevant ministries, development partners, and international NGOs/UN bodies.
• Proposal Oversight: Oversee preparation of tender proposals/contracts to ensure submission within specified time with accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ), check bills, and conduct rate analysis for different projects.
• Compliance: Monitor contract compliance with established procedures and ensure all contracts are signed and delivered.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 & 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in leading government tendering and partnership management.
• Education: Bachelors’ & Masters’ degree in any discipline.
• Age: At least 32 years.
• Certification: Certifications related to Procurement & Tendering will be an added advantage.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in E-GP tendering is a must. Sound knowledge of Public Procurement Rules 2025.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with UN bodies (UNDP, UNICEF), international NGOs, and donor agencies (ADB, WB, JICA) is highly preferred.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Generative AI, and strong leadership/managerial skills.
