If you’re curious, here’s the backstory:
I started writing a spec for this app 10 years ago (while sitting under a palm tree in Belize) after I realized how many people didn’t want or need the full depth of the PT Course and just wanted to know what to do, and when to do it, to get the best possible results.
The coaching logic from my PT Course was perfect for this. The volume adjustments, the periodization rules, the nutrition recalibrations - all of this is extremely concrete compared to what most programs teach. Most courses give you vague ranges, but ours gives you specific decision rules: if your performance drops by X%, here's what changes and why.
That level of specificity is what made it possible to put into software, but it’s also what made it nearly impossible to build. Two development teams tried and couldn't handle the complexity.
