I wasn't always the one with the highest scores or the "natural" talent. For a long time, I carried the label of an average student. But I realized early on that while I couldn't control my starting point, I could absolutely control my work ethic.
The journey from a desk full of textbooks to a hospital floor isn't a sprint; it’s a marathon of discipline.

Here is what I learned along the way:
* Consistency Trumps Intensity: You don't become a doctor by pulling one all-nighter. You become one by showing up every single day, even when you’re tired, and even when the material feels impossible.
* The "Average" Advantage: Being average means you know how to struggle. You know how to fail and get back up. That resilience is exactly what makes a great clinician.
* Dream Big, Work Harder: A dream without a work schedule is just a fantasy. Break your goal down into small, manageable daily wins.

To the students and dreamers:-

Don't let a test score define your potential. Your "average" start does not dictate your finish line. If you have the heart to serve and the will to work, there is a seat at the table for you in this profession.
Keep grinding. The white coat is worth every late night.
