Hey friends 👋
Let’s talk about a quiet but deadly sin: PRIDE
Specifically, the kind that hardens hearts and stiffens necks.
There is a pride, that the Bible speaks against, that often says:
“I’m never wrong.”
“That’s just who I am.”
“They deserved it.”
“I don’t need to change.”
This kind of pride feels GOOD.
It feels strong, justified, and self-protective—
but it is deceptive ⚠️
Sin often feels good in the moment—comfortable, empowering, validating.
But biblical discipleship rarely aligns with what feels good.
Jesus never promised comfort-first.
He promised transformation-first ✝️
Pride resists correction.
Pride rejects accountability.
It protects ego at the cost of growth and convinces us that staying the same is a strength.
Here’s the tension:
God DOES have good plans for you 🙌
But those plans do not include staying morally stagnant.
God’s goodness is not permission to remain unchanged—
It is an invitation to be remade.
The goal is:
Becoming like Christ 🕊️
Pride says: “I define what’s right.”
Discipleship says: “God defines who I become.”
Transformation is uncomfortable.
Humility is humbling.
Correction is painful.
But pride is destructive 💥
God’s plan is not to affirm your ego.
It is to shape your character.
Not to preserve your mindset.
But to renew your mind.
Not to keep you as you are.
But to conform you to the image of Christ 👑
And the Holy Spirit is not here to make you ‘feel’ powerful—
He is here to make you more like Jesus 🔥
Because the most dangerous deception isn’t being wrong—
It’s being so proud that you never repent and thus never change! 💥

Wars across the world ⚔️
Rumors of wars everywhere 📺
An uncertain economy 💸
Truth treated like opinion 🤔
And the Christian witness is being watched 👀
Following Jesus has always had a cost.
Today, that cost is PUBLIC.
And often UNCOMFORTABLE.
The world isn’t just listening to what Christians say
They’re watching how we live
How we respond under pressure
How we stand when things shake
Here’s the reality:
Compromise weakens the witness ⚠️
But faithfulness strengthens it ✝️
In chaos, peace stands out 🕊️
In fear, trust speaks loudly 🙏
In instability, hope draws hearts 💡
When believers stand firm — not angry, not fearful, but grounded —Souls take notice 👑
This is the cost of standing firm.
But it’s also the CALL 📣
Not to blend in.
Not to back down.
But to point people to Christ — steady, faithful, and unshaken 🔥🙌
Because when everything else moves,
Faith that stands still points people to God ✨
