✨ Welcome to My Channel! ✨
I live with Bipolar 1 and manic depression — but my story doesn’t end there.
I’m learning to embrace my spiritual gifts, awakenings, and the beauty of healing through it all.
Here, we talk mental health, spirituality, coping with overwhelming moments, and finding peace one breath at a time.
You’re not alone
— welcome to the journey. 🤍✨

I used to hold onto the broken pieces of myself because they felt familiar.
Even when they cut me… I thought they were proof of what I survived.
But healing taught me something different.
You don’t have to carry every version of you into the next chapter.
Some pieces were meant to break so you could finally put yourself back together with intention.
Letting go doesn’t mean you failed.
It means you’re choosing peace over pain.
Growth over guilt.
Wholeness over what once hurt.
If this spoke to you, stay connected with me here.
I share honest conversations about healing, spirituality, and becoming who you’re meant to be.
You’re not alone in this journey. 🤍

I don’t usually make posts like this, but my intuition won’t leave me alone. It keeps telling me to prepare — even though I can’t explain why.
So I made a video to talk about it openly with my YouTube family.
“It’s Time to Prepare… But for What?” is now live.
If you’ve been feeling something too, please share it with me. We’re in this together. 🤍

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I woke up today feeling extra grateful because our little community has officially reached 250 subscribers. 🥹💛
I know 250 might be a small number to some people, but to me… it’s everything.
It means 250 souls connected with my voice, my story, my healing, my flaws, my spirit — and chose to stay.
Every comment, every like, every view, every person who takes a moment out of their day to listen… you mean more than you know.
This channel was just a vision in my heart, and now it’s becoming a space for peace, reflection, laughter, and real conversations about mental health, spirituality, and life’s ups and downs.
Thank you for growing with me.
Thank you for supporting me.
Thank you for seeing me.
I love this community already, and I can’t wait to keep creating more content that feels authentic, healing, and grounded.
Here’s to growth, clarity, and the next 250 people joining us. 🌙✨

Have y’all ever seen this before? I swear I have never felt so many emotions in just a two hour span. ending in a pain that I would never ever wish on my worst enemy the fear and the pain of losing a child. If you seen this, what part stuck out the most to you?

The saying “never let the same snake bite you twice” is a metaphor for learning from your mistakes and not repeating them. Essentially, if you've been hurt or deceived once, don't let yourself be put in a similar situation again. It suggests that life offers opportunities for growth and wisdom after you've encountered a problem, so once you’ve been hurt or tricked, use that experience to protect yourself from falling into the same trap again.
It's about being aware, setting boundaries, and not allowing yourself to be vulnerable to the same harm twice. It doesn't mean you should live in fear or mistrust, but rather be smart, and let your experiences guide you toward healthier choices in the future. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you had to learn this the hard way?
