Part of learning a new language is also learning its traditional cuisine. Here's a recipe for you! Delicate Crostoli *combine all ingredients in a bowl and kneed them until you have a light dough; then use a rolling pin and flatten the dough out (dust surface lightly with flour) to about 1 or 2 inch thickness; cut into strips -about 5 inches wide and 6 inches long. Then fry each strip in a pot of boiling oil until golden and crispy. Make sure you use paper towels to dry off any excess oil! Finish off with a sprinkle of icing sugar. Enjoy your Crostoli!
