I’m Wendi and I’m 58 and still figuring it out as I go. I’m here to share my real-life journey of everyday beauty, simple skincare, gentle wellness, walking (not running!), learning to move more, maintaining the 135 pounds I lost through Weight Watchers, fun shopping hauls, easy recipes, and most of all~encouragement.

This channel isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. I believe beauty is about confidence, self-care, and showing up for yourself, whatever that looks like for you. I’m trying to be more intentional since switching my mindset to more overall wellness focus and just weight maintenance.

Daily I try to do these three things…
1. Start each day with a positive affirmation to myself in my mirror 🪞 like I’m talking to a friend 🩷
2. Do one thing for myself that brings me joy not related to work or home and for me since I learning to crochet 🧶 it’s carving out a few hours each day for that 🩷
3. End my day with a positive
note about my day 🩷

I struggle with stress and worrying too much about things that are absolutely out of my control! The way I’m getting to work on that it’s just to have this new hobby of crocheting. I think it will keep my mind busy and I will have less time to stress over things that are so unimportant🩷

I will CHOOSE to let go of the past and I CHOOSE to not worry about what will happen in the future, instead I will CHOOSE to enjoy what's happening now and live the moments of today.

By CHOOSING to live in the present not the past or the future I won’t be robbed my of enjoyment today, so I can truly live!
