Hey, y'all! Sorry I've been MIA. My son and I are recovering from the flu. I also had been having health problems related to blood pressure and Perimenopause. I will be posting videos on my recent experiences with medical gas lighting, etc. Also, I will be posting about my normal topics, such as alopecia. Be patient. This flu was awful! It took me a full 3 weeks to feel normal. Be blessed! 💓 Picture of my baby and I while we were down with that nasty flu.

Happy New Year! This is your year to focus on your health! I thought I would never be healthy again. My heart had been functioning below normal due to a form of heart disease (condition surgically corrected) that affected my health for years and pregnancy. For years, I dealt with chronic illness.I have a hernia, abdominal separation, and herniated cervical discs. Being consistent with fitness has been a game-changer for me. For one, my heart is function is normal now! Also, I have energy and strength for my children now. Take time for yourself. For your health. You get one body and one life. You got this! Do it for your family. Do it for yourself. 💞

Hey Youtubers! I've had so many issues using Capcut that it is starting to impact my productivity! Uploading is headache (videos upload is public even though I selected private, features change from free to pro without notice, thumbnails don't seem to work sometimes, etc). What video editing app do you use? I am an amateur in video editing. I have a pc (no apple/MAC). Please share with me.
