Can you believe we’re here—two weeks away from wrapping up another year? It feels like 2024 flew by in a blur of school drop-offs, workouts, meal preps, and ALL the things. But today, I’m pausing the hustle to take a deep breath and reflect on how far we’ve come.

Think about it—what did YOU accomplish this year? Maybe you showed up for yourself on days you didn’t feel like it. Maybe you made memories with your family or started a new habit that made you stronger. Or maybe you’re still working toward a goal, and that’s worth celebrating too. Progress, not perfection! šŸ’Ŗ

As we head into these final magical weeks of 2024, I want to encourage you to be in it. Enjoy the giggles during cookie baking, the coziness of a quiet evening, the joy of watching your kids light up with wonder. It’s so easy to get caught up in ā€œwhat’s next,ā€ but these little moments? They’re the ones that truly matter.

Looking ahead to 2025, I hope you’re dreaming BIG—because you can do amazing things. Set those goals, plan for growth, but don’t forget to enjoy the ride along the way.

So let’s finish this year with gratitude in our hearts, joy in our homes, and a whole lot of belief in ourselves. We’re not done yet!

5-Week Progress Update on My Optavia 5&1 Journey 🌟

Five weeks in, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my progress! I’ve lost 19 pounds and feel better than I have in years. Not only is the scale moving, but my energy and confidence have soared!

As a busy mom of six and health coach, finding a program that truly works with my lifestyle was key. Optavia’s 5&1 plan has given me the structure I need, along with delicious options that keep me on track without taking extra time from my hectic schedule. I couldn’t choose just one to post this morning for Monday Motivation…both of these resonated with me this week.

I think so often we let self-doubt creep in. We create obstacles where there aren’t any, or make mountains out of mole hills right between our ears. You were made for whatever He has called you to today. Not on our own account, but by the grace of Jesus. You were made to do hard things in His image. All praise and glory to Jesus! He didn’t promise it would be easy, but He did promise to walk us though (let’s be honest, often times we’re carried, even kicking and screaming.)

Do the work. Be who He called you to be. Shine the light!

We all have God given talents that He has blessed us with. Often times, we lack motivation to use those talents or take up an attitude when doing so. Shining Jesus love and radiating positivity goes a long way.

Take care of your body. Feed your souls. Lean on the one who created you this week and always. ā¤ļø

Celebrating 35 pounds down and swimsuit ready today! I am not where I want to be but I am well on my way!

For those of you that don't know my story, three years ago my husband and I each lost 65 pounds on the Optavia 5&1 Program. We were able to maintain the weight loss for 2 1/2 years and then I induce lactation to nurse my adopted son. The hormones caused them weight gain, and I found myself needing to lose again.

It's been slower this time around, but l've really been enjoying the journey! I was super excited to see 35 pounds down on the scale today.
I've been giving myself some grace with a move, stress, transition, and some thyroid problems, but l'm happy to say that this program works!
If you want to feel confident in a bathing suit this summer, know that you too can do it! I am here to coach you to success!!

*Average weight loss on the Optavia 5&1 Program is 12 Ibs. Clients are in weightloss for an average of 12 week.
