How can someone return kids??
What kind of parents are these??
Do they have a similar kind of agreement with God or hospital in case of a Biological child?

Full Medical history is given to the parents at the time of adoption. The system is very transparent, but of course the child will take time to settle and there is nothing that love, care, nourishment and proper guidance can't do.
