Engineering longevity for the ageless athlete.
Welcome to Road Less Traveled. I’m Patrick—an Engineer, MBA, and active athlete based in the mountains of Truckee, California.
I created this channel to solve a specific problem: How do we optimize the human machine for longevity and performance as we age?
I explore the intersection of technology, science, and mindset, specifically for the discerning athlete who refuses to slow down.
What you get:
• The Engineering of Health: Data-driven strategies for longevity and recovery.
• Performance athletics: insights for training, nutrition and healthy habits for the athlete whose age is defined by health and fitness, not days since birth.
• Premium Standards: A focus on quality in gear and life.
My Partnerships:
My most valuable asset is viewer trust. I only partner with premium brands that align with a philosophy of quality and longevity—products I personally vet, use, and believe in.

Road Less Traveled™
I’m currently deep in the research for the upcoming Superfoods & Longevity video. I've been cross-referencing my own years of endurance fueling with the curriculum from my nutrition program at Stanford University.
The goal is to cut through the marketing and focus on what supports health and performance.
Targeting a release for week of February 15th .
I’m curious—what is the one "superfood" or supplement you see advertised everywhere that you are most skeptical about? I want to see if your list matches the data I've found.

Road Less Traveled™
Welcome to the Road Less Traveled community. I’d love to hear what you think of the content and about any ideas you have for topics you would like me to share. I have focused the Chanel mostly on cycling and health but can broaden this to, for instance, other sports and activities related to mountain living or endurance . Let me know and feel free to start up a conversation on anything else that is on your mind.
