One of the biggest (if not THE biggest) enemies to maximizing your potential is: EGO.
Ryan Holiday says, "We will learn that though we think big, we must act and live small in order to accomplish what we seek."
It's easy to set big goals, but we have to be wiling to put in the unseen amount of consistent work over time so well that people will eventually say about you "it must be nice."
