As people have become so tech-savvy today, there are still those who could not conform in using technology wisely - especially those who live in far-flung areas, those who are aged, and those whose hands and pockets are just tied.

However, learning does not necessarily mean that there should be restrictions.

I've been in the IT Industry for quite some time , held positions like a Technical Support Engineer for the IT Operations Department of a Technology Company and juggled being a university IT Instructor in between.

But it is working with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) that made me realize that many still could not afford to learn computer stuff.

I will try my best through these tutorials the how-to's and what-are's of computer applications. I will explain technical concepts into something that can be understood by the mass, and consider my audience as beginners.
