If you've been here for a while, you might remember when this channel had a mix of anxiety education and guided meditations. Then I shifted to focus mostly on meditations.

While I enjoy creating meditations and calming practices, I have missed teaching.

Starting in January, you'll see a mix of:
✨ Educational videos about anxiety, your nervous system, the mind-body connection, and holistic healing
✨ Guided meditations for regulation, stress relief, and emotional support

Why the shift? Because I realized I was creating from obligation instead of passion. And I know you deserve content that's genuinely valuable—not just content for content's sake.

This channel has always been an extension of my work at Cedar Rose Counseling & Wellness, where I help anxious women heal at the root through holistic therapy. It's time the content here reflects that mission fully.

Hello friends — I hope this beautiful October day is treating you well. 🍂

Since starting Mindful Moments, many of you have reached out asking about therapy or support for anxiety, but have been outside of my state of licensure. Until now, I haven’t had a way to help beyond these free meditations and mindfulness practices — while still staying within the guidelines of my license.

That’s why I’m so excited to share that my new course, Finding Freedom from Anxiety, is now available.

This course isn’t a replacement for therapy, but it does bring together many of the education and skill-based strategies I use in the therapy room every day.

I hope all is well with each of you on this beautiful Friday. A little celebration in my world before we get to a small poll today - After 9 long months of multiple wake-ups per night, my daughter is currently still snoozing away at almost 7am. A full night of sleep for this mama plus being able to get some quiet time and work done in the morning! What a day 🙏🏻
