Since some people are upset that I did not use the seasoning packet that came with the 16 Bean Soup Mix that I bought at Aldi, here is a list of the ingredients. Please note that the ingredients for that seasoning packet are not food nor are they seasoning (herbs and spices). They are chemicals. You are much better off not using that packet and instead creating your own seasoning mix that perfectly suits your personal taste and health preferences.

Since there seems to be quite a few people who don't know what this channel is about and get confused by the videos. Here is what it says in the "About" section. -> Welcome to Counter Cooking - the counterculture of cooking via the use of small and mini appliances so that cheap and/or healthy food can be prepared anywhere at any time. No kitchen? No problem. No power? No problem. The vast majority of these mini appliances use low wattage and can easily be run off of solar power banks and/or generators. Whether we are in a dorm room, hotel room, RV, camper, van, truck, car, studio apartment, or working in an office - we can be in full control of the quality and quantity of food that we eat. All of the cooking that you see on this channel can be done on a counter top. Also, the methods of cooking used with these small appliances often goes against culinary norms.
