Happy Saturday, y’all 🫶
Okay big update : I’ve been travelling a LOT lately, this year is wrapping up, and I’ve decided to try out everything I’ve held back on. So here’s what’s new:

⭐️ Working out actively
Started gym 3 months ago and I’ve lost ~6 kg so far. Want to drop 5 more before my birthday in Feb… manifesting that fit, feminine era ✨

⭐️ Posting consistently on Instagram
Yes yes, “time nahi tha” excuses are gone now 😂
Your girl is finally active there too! You’ll be surprised to see that side of me.

⭐️ Solo travelling
I was honestly terrified before my first solo trip to Udaipur… but it turned out to be one of the BEST decisions of my year. So expect a lot more of that.

⭐️ Exploring new hobbies
Dance, crochet, painting, cooking, singing - I’m saying YES to everything this season. And you’ll be seeing a LOT more of this in the upcoming videos.

⭐️ Mindset + Content Shift
I won’t lie, I’ve fallen into the validation trap before.
But this year has changed me so much. You’ll see that in my content too.
I’m excited to share my thoughts, learnings, feelings… and connect with you deeper, beyond just “medico Pragya.

So yeah… endings bring new beginnings, and I can’t wait to start this new chapter with all of you.

hello hello 💛 I know I went MIA — and it wasn’t planned. Life just… happened.
Exams came, I got sick, 8th sem started - and somewhere in all that chaos, I knew I had to pause.

I missed creating. Missed filming. Missed you.
But I also knew that I needed space to just be for a while.

You know how sometimes, you don’t even know what’s really happening?
And the only thing you can do is trust the flow?
So that’s what I did.
Because sometimes, the flow takes you exactly where you’re meant to be.

But I’m back now — a little tired, a little healed, a lot more me 🌿
And I can’t wait to start creating again.

To everyone appearing for NEET on May 4th- read this.

I’m a final year medical student now. But I still remember my NEET exam day like it happened yesterday.

I was silent the entire way to the exam centre. Not a word. Not because I didn’t want to talk… but because I couldn’t. My throat was dry, my heart was racing. I didn’t know it back then — but I was having my very first panic attack.

We stopped at a medical store, I took something for nausea, sipped water. And in that moment, something inside me shifted.

I whispered to myself:
“I pray I get what I deserve. Nothing more, nothing less.”

And suddenly… I felt okay. I felt ready.
Because I wasn’t chasing perfection anymore — I was trusting my efforts, my discipline, my late nights. And I was surrendering the result to something bigger.

I walked into the exam hall peacefully — no fear, no sweat. Just belief. That whatever happens… I will get what I truly deserve.

To you reading this — I know how loud the mind gets before an exam. But trust me, the battle is 90% mental. And you’re stronger than you think.

So just close your eyes… take a breath… and repeat with me:
“I will get what I deserve. Nothing more. Nothing less.”

You’ve got this. I’m cheering for you.❤️

This is always that one place that feels like home! For me it’s Rishikesh! 💕 I still remember first time walking on a ghat holding my dadu’s hand.
First attempt at swimming, first drowning. First touch of Maa Ganga, and something changed. Those sunrises, those sunsets by the ghat. The monkeys, the winds — it just feels like I belong. 🌿🌊🌅
