কর্ণফুলীর পাড় ঘেঁষে বেড়ে উঠার কারনে হয়তো সাম্পানের প্রতি আবেগটা অনেকবেশি।অনেক স্মৃতিজড়িত,বেশিরভাগই ভয় পাওয়ার স্মৃতি😆

সাম্পানের কোনো ছবি দেখলেই আকঁতে ইচ্ছে হয়ে যায়।অনেক আগে কালেকশনে রাখা এই ফটোগ্রাফটা কার ছিলো ঠিক মনে নেই।তবে সম্ভবনা বেশি আমার বন্ধু-বান্ধবের।কারন উনারা অনেক উদার মনের এবং দয়ালু।উনাদের ধারনা উনাদের তোলা ছবি কেউ নিয়ে কোনোদিনও নিজের নামে চালাবে না।🙄🙄

আকাশটা মারাত্মক সুন্দর।ফটোগ্রাফের মতো সুন্দর করতে পারি নি যদিও।তবুও আমার নিজেরই ভালো লাগছে মা শাহ আল্লাহ। 😀

A place that will always stay close to my heart.
We didn’t get much time here, but every moment was filled with sukoon. From praying together to revising before exams — this mosque holds countless memories.I still miss that place deeply.

It had long been my desire to create an artwork about my institution, and finally, I got a chance that connected with that dream. I have so many memories and pictures taken in front of this mosque. I also collected some photos from my brothers and sisters, which gave me the courage to complete this piece. I hope it’s not too bad.

This artwork is dedicated to all my IIUC friends and sisters — especially to those who miss that golden days, this mosque, the library, the auditorium, the classrooms, and the kashbon. And of course, that gacher pata diye dhore rakha bus er seat, fuchka, alur chop,dim khichuri and the famous half-plate biriyani without meat! 😄
