التحاليل الطبية
مجال جميل لكنه به كثير من التحديات للعاملين به
بعض هذه التحديات يشتركون فيها مع القطاع الطبي بشكل عام وبعضها ينفردون بها
من التحديات الذي ينفرد بها العاملون بالتحاليل الطبية
- التطور الكبير في مجال Automation ,وهذا أدي الي تقليل عدد العاملين
- كثرة العاملين والخريجين الجددمما يؤثر ذالك علي العائد المادي الذي لا يكون مجديا للكثيرين وخاصة بالدول النامية
- التدرج الوظيفي بالمجال ضعيف وفي بعض الاماكن غير واضح وفي الاخري غير موجود حيث يمكن ان يقضي الفني او التقني او الاخصائي سنوات طوال بدرجته الذي هو عليها
أما عن مستقبل التحاليل الطبية فهو مجمع لحضراتكم بالصورة المرفقة بالمنشور .
يحتاج الأمر الي اعادة النظر مرة اخري في عدد الخريجين المتوقع لهم دخول المجال مع العدد المطلوب لسوق العمل وتحقيق التوازن
كما أنه لا يتسرع الخريج الجديد بالدخول الي المجال بدون دراسة أبعاده كلها كل حسب مكانه وبلده وتوقعاته
