I donāt want yall thinking thatās all I care about cause itās not. However, it is very inspiring and insightful to see how when you put your mind to something it can pan out for you in the direction you want. It may just take longer then you want but a lot of that (at least to me) is on ourselves.

Thursday WORKOUT Double KB kneeling strict press 25x10 25x11 25x12 (each side) Split stance Deadlifts 45x10 3 sets both sides KB Sumo tempo squats 45x10 45x11 45x12 (I also did machines but more focused on my KB tracking for now )
Be consistent in something you are working on. Go at it everyday with a mindset that you are WORKING towards that goal.
Each day we stay on this we are setting new trends for ourselves! Everyday I stay dedicated to what I say Iām going to do I feel like Iām 1 step closer to my goals!

Today was about clearing the path.
Clear the path of the mental fog you have been dealing with.
I was able to start seeing clearer today.
I remember why I wanted to be on this path. I also remembered a few things and projects I had wanted to work on. Hopefully I get to work on those.
You make the time for the stuff that matters most.
But you need to make sure you are setting time for YOU as well.
How can you take care of everything you do when you arenāt being taken care of? Itās starts with taking care of ourselves.
For me thatās going to healthy food choices and more consist ways to be active!
