Then moved back up to Tulsa where I am from and started delivering cabinets for a family ran cabinet shop. Wanted to try OTR but no company would hire me as I didn’t have any formal training so I went to Diesel Driving Academy in Shreveport,LA. I was planning to work for Stevens Transport out of Dallas,TX. That didn’t work out so I went to Roel Transportation a large, American, family-owned trucking company based in Marshfield, Wisconsin. I worked there doing flatbed and RGN. Before moving onto HMD.LLC based out of Gary,IN. I love working with HMD.LLC, you’re treated like family and they want to see you succeed. I try to post all securement on every load I haul for training purposes and to show the flatbed industry to people that want to do this or want to know how the life of a flatbed driver is.
