The Fear of Falling Behind - How do you stay on top of things that matter?



Reflecting on past experiences is a powerful way to gauge how far we've come in our careers. Years ago during an Online Oracle Database Training Session, I shared insights about the future of Oracle Database Versions, hinting at the potential for AI integration. Today, discussions are centered around the Oracle Database 23ai, showcasing the rapid evolution of technology.



Transitioning between technologies can be daunting, leaving us pondering what's new out there. Personally, managing the Learning Management System and PeopleSoft Campus Solution at UMASS brought joy through team collaboration during each Moodle upgrade. Since departing the Higher Education realm in 2021, keeping up with advancements in Campus Solution, Moodle, and Blackboard has presented a challenge as I explore new interests in my current role.
