It’s Thursday, and Nikki and I have been snowed in since Sunday! ❄️ Just as we found out more snow is on the way tomorrow, we finally managed to make it out of the house today to stock up on essentials. 🍞🥚

We just finished the kitchen galley in our van, "Glo," and the total cost was under $200! 💸 By using 90% scrap wood and leftover materials, we proved that you don’t need a massive budget to create a beautiful, functional space.
What $200 got us:

* ✅ Budget countertop with matching backsplash
* ✅ Stainless steel sink & faucet
* ✅ Seamless refrigerator housing
* ✅ Rock-solid mounting (Safety first!)
