Flow Into Grace
Ever notice how it feels in your body when you get stressed, frustrated, worried, or angry about something?
Maybe knots in your stomach, tension in your neck & shoulders, a headache...
Imagine what this is doing to your physical health!
It's totally human to feel these things. It takes a toll on our health when we STAY in those feelings however.
This week I found myself immensely frustrated over a situation that hasn't resolved for weeks. These 3 tips are what got me from anger & frustration to relief & ease.
And, lo & behold, as soon as I felt better the situation I was stuck in is now being resolved!
