AUTHENTICALLY PARENTING

This is what shifts when a mom heals from within…

Mama…
There’s a moment in every woman’s healing when she realizes:

It was never just about her child’s behavior.
It was about her capacity, her patterns, her nervous system…
and the little girl inside her who never got the support she needed.

When YOU heal, everything changes:

šŸ’œ Your voice softens
šŸ’œ Your home feels safer
šŸ’œ Your child leans IN instead of pulling away
šŸ’œ Power struggles fade
šŸ’œ You stop reacting from old wounds
šŸ’œ You start responding from a regulated, grounded place

This is the shift your children feel in their bodies, not just their minds.

This is the shift that changes your lineage.

And this is exactly what we do inside ALIVE.

Not more information.
Not more pressure to ā€œbe better.ā€
Not more strategies that fall apart when you’re overwhelmed.

But REAL, deep, embodied transformation —
so your parenting becomes calmer, clearer, lighter…
because you feel that way on the inside.

✨ ALIVE Cohort 2 closes December 12.
If you want 2026 to feel completely different —
more connection, more confidence, more emotional clarity —
this is your doorway.

Your children are little only once.
The version of you they grow up with… starts with the support you choose today.

Let’s change the story they inherit.

AUTHENTICALLY PARENTING

šŸ’œ ā€œI Finally Found the Word For Itā€

For the longest time, I thought I was an empath.
You know… the kind of person who feels everything.

If someone in the room was sad, I’d feel it in my own chest.
If someone was angry, my stomach would tighten up.
If someone was happy, I’d float right there with them.

But here’s the thing…
I could also step back.
I could see someone’s emotions, feel them… and still stay steady.

And for years, that confused me.
Was I an empath?
Or just ā€œemotionally awareā€?
Because I wasn’t drowning in other people’s feelings — but I wasn’t cold either.

Then today, it clicked. šŸ’”
There’s a space between the two.

It’s not being detached.
And it’s not being consumed.
It’s being present — with compassion and calm.

That’s when I realized… I’m a Conscious Empath.

Someone who feels deeply, but doesn’t lose themselves in what they feel.
Someone who can sit with another’s storm and still remember the sky.

And as soon as that realization landed —
I thought, wow… this explains so much about how I coach.
Because being able to hold my clients’ emotions without absorbing them
is exactly what helps me guide them with clarity and calm.

It’s the perfect dance between empathy and groundedness —
between heart and nervous system.

And it makes so much sense now why that balance has always felt so natural to me.

šŸ’œ
If you’ve ever wondered why you feel everything…
but can somehow stay calm in the middle of it all —
you might be a Conscious Empath too.
