This channel began as a way for me to document my self-development and hold myself accountable. The initial focus was quitting weed, because at the time I felt like it was holding me back from my potential.

But as I kept reflecting publicly and learning more about the mind, how beliefs shape our reality and how our internal state shapes our experiences, something became obvious: cannabis affects people in wildly different ways, and those effects usually reflect deeper layers of our lives, not the plant itself.

Sharing those reflections led people to reach out. I started offering guidance sessions, and after the first one I thought, “This is it. This is what I’m supposed to be doing.”

I keep creating because it still serves as documentation of my own growth, and because of the connections, conversations, and clarity it’s created — for others and for myself.

Most of us grew up in a society conditioned to believe that we needed to obtain, chase, or attract things into our lives to be happy. But the reality is that the most efficient way to live a happy life—and one that so many greats before us have known and implemented—is to cultivate happiness from within first. By fostering internal happiness and rewiring the narratives we adopted in adolescence, we achieve a higher level of productivity that feels inspired rather than forced. Science even supports this idea. If you're currently struggling with vices, a challenging inner narrative, or similar issues, there are countless options you can explore to address what you feel ails you. However, if you shift your focus to this root source idea, you will find the key to breaking free, and everything else will begin to shift.

What do you feel makes you the happiest?

Hey everyone! 🌟 Excited to connect with you all here on the YouTube Community! Just discovered this feature and can't wait to engage with each of you. For those who are new or those who would like to learn more about me, I'd love to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey and purpose.

About 7 years ago, I started documenting my journey toward personal growth on YouTube. Initially, I was focused on quitting weed and "getting my shit together," as I used to say. I have a playlist of my initial 30-day break from the plant and my thoughts each day during that journey. As you might have already guessed, a lot has changed since then.

Over time, my perspective shifted significantly as I realized I had been unconsciously blaming cannabis for my feelings of laziness, depression, and lack of motivation. Discovering insights from neuroscience, epigenetics, psychology, and a little of the history and science of cannabis, along with embarking on my inner healing/rewiring path, contributed to this shift in perception.

Scrolling back in time or discovering an old video of mine, you will find me in varying forms as I grappled with my subconscious self-sabotage habits. I've taken documented breaks from cannabis on several occasions, experiencing increased energy and clarity. Yet, the deeper realization of the subconscious self-sabotage had not arisen. I've found this is quite common with addiction and/or self-sabotage. When we try to fix our habits without working to resolve the root cause, the self-sabotage shows itself elsewhere, like soda, sugar, caffeine, even endless scrolling on social media.

Deeper realizations dawned upon me, intertwining with the subconscious self-sabotage, revealing internalized shame surrounding cannabis and other vices. For the first couple of years of documenting my journey and, needless to say, the preceding years of my life, I was completely blind to the depth of this reality.

With consistent inner work and the shift from unconscious use of cannabis to conscious utilization, I've undergone a profound transformation. I've achieved my best state of health, become more active than ever, and have overcome emotional triggers to anger and stress that used to be rampant. To dive deeper into the groundwork for the internal work, check out the free rewire guide on my webpage for some insight, inspiration, and science behind why this internal work is so valuable.

As I've grown and transformed, I've transitioned into coaching, helping others navigate their paths to personal growth and fulfillment. My coaching style blends empathic coaching with rewiring practices rooted in neuroscience. The driving force behind my coaching is the tangible shifts I have experienced in my life and the growing number of brothers and sisters I have had the pleasure to work with garnering their own life-changing shifts. I believe in empowering my clients to overcome self-sabotaging patterns and cultivate/embrace a resilient mindset.
