NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9prc5... Has Rolex Just Confirmed the Return of the “Coke” GMT? It is spreading like wildfire that the BLRO (Pepsi) Bezel GMT is slowly being phased out, AD’s are not accepting new orders from those interested in the watch and word on the street is that Rolex’s online configurator does not feature the watch anymore in some parts? It leaves us guessing that maybe, just maybe the RONR (Coke) is about to arrive to replace it. I decided to put some ideas down on why the Red/Black would fit so well into Rolex’s current GMT collection, also focusing on the Cerachrom bezel and how creating the colour Red has stumped the brand for a long time. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcSRk... What Are The Best Alternative “Explorer Style” Watches? Not everyone can afford a Rolex but this look has advanced so far over the years that you can find a design like it at virtually every price point (from many different brands) Thought I’d take some time to share a few of my favourites. What amazes me is that no matter the watch, these quarter arabics add such a solid foundation to the dial that immediately sets the model apart from the rest of the pack. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcZdC... The Hidden Cost of Perfection: Has the Modern Rolex Submariner lost its “Soul” over the years? Modernity is a double-edged sword. In the world of watches we’re told time and again that we’re experiencing the best pieces ever made. The Submariner with its iconic status and timelessness is a good candidate that shows us what happens over the decades when some of its character is slowly chipped away (in an effort to manifest perfection) The question is, should we only judge these watches rationally? Or should we instead fall for the irrationality that made older designs all the more charming? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRyqA... Why the “Le Mans” Speedmaster is a Reverse Panda Done Right! Omega does it again. The first time that the brand has ever produced a serial “Reverse Panda” dial that’s not Limited and it is fair to say that they did not skimp on the details. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rd7SZ... When Smaller is Better: Why Are "Mid-Size" Watches Making a Comeback? Many of us have all been asking for them and now more than ever, it seems that "Mid-Sized" watches are being revived. But the question: Will brands do it right? Will Mid-Size watches turn into another Trend and Industry Buzzword that is overused, losing their novelty in the process? Enjoy the Video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vRjd... What Are The Best (and Worst) Watch Releases of 2025? 45+ Pieces & Year-in-Review. The Year of the Tariff sparked quite a stir in the watch space but dotted in here we saw some gems. Really enjoyed summing up the most impactful watches that arrived in some of the most unlikely places. And of all the brands who nailed it best? Breguet… Holy smokes, they did not take prisoners. NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPl7b... Let’s Talk About the Strange Case of Cartier Watches (see what I did there?) How has this name risen to such prominence in the watch collecting community over the last few years and most recently seen much more attention from Millennials and Gen Z’s? I have a few theories around things like Style & Substance, the “Fashion” Watch, Modern Design and other musings. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fk2jV... Why Do Watch Enthusiasts Love the Rolex Explorer II? This family of watches continues to be an infinite source of fascination (whether we’ve just started out in the hobby or have spent a long time in it) From its “rocky” origins and rise in fame, when you think about it the Explorer II has one of the most unexpected success stories. This piece has carved out its own identity and caught on in the watch enthusiast space because of its relative affordability, lack of “status”and pretty unique styling cues. We all like a good underdog story, so what is it about this collection that has pulled you in over the years? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3Dt6... Tudor’s New 36mm Ranger + Why it’s a Big Thing in a Small Package? After 3 years they’ve finally delivered a Smaller Ranger but the surprise was the arrival of the “Dune” Dial. I find it such an interesting take because it looks at models like the original 7909’s as inspiration and frames an alternative “what if?” scenario. Must say, I prefer this look (with all of its quirks) over the regular black dial. Below I’ve added a few adjustments, BB54 crown and a full black seconds hand. Would’ve been awesome if the entire dial was lumed to work off the negative space but hey! Enjoy the video!
