Ingredients I used:
For steaming (3-4 minutes)
Add suran chi kapa into boiling water ( switch off the flame after boiling for 3-4 minutes & immediately take it out from the water)
Fir marination:(4-5 minutes)
1/4 suran, cut into small slices as shown
3-4 tsp Kokum (aagul)
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 to 2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp Malvani masala
1 tsp Jira powder
1 tsp Dhane powder
(you can add chat masala too)
salt
For Coating:
Rice flour 4 tbsp
Rawa 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tspn
salt
oil
