Ingredients:-
2 cup all purpose flour
2 cubes of process cheese
2 cheese slice
3 tbsp of milk
Pinch of salt or as per taste
3 tbsp of unflavored oil or ghee.
Water for dough
Oil for frying
Process:-
Melt a cheese slice in milk on low flame, pour it on flour, grate the cheese cubes in it, add oil, salt, mix it well, make a semi soft dough, rest it aside for 5 to 10 min,
heat the oil, take a little portion of dough roll it like a thin chapati, cut it in dice with knife or pizza cutter and frying it on low flame. When it start change it's colour,It's ready
