๐ Ingredients:
Pork belly - 1โ1.5 kg
Garlic - 4โ5 cloves, dry - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ground black pepper - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Dried herbs (Italian or Provencal) if desired - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1โ2 tbsp.
Honey or mustard - 2 tsp (for caramelization, if desired)
๐ฅCooking description:
Wash the brisket well and dry it.
Make cuts or punctures with a knife
so that the spices penetrate better.
Rub the meat with a mixture of: salt,pepper, paprika, garlic (crushed) or dry, dried herbs.
Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour (or better - overnight in the refrigerator).
Place on a baking sheet or in a mold,
cover with foil.
Bake at 180ยฐC for about 1.5 hours.
Then remove the foil and brush with
ketchup, soy sauce or mustard and
honey sauce, bake for another 15-20
minutes for a golden crust.
Let it "rest" a little after the oven and
cut!
