Don't Miss Out on This Simple Protein Idly Hack | Soft and fluffy idly | lentils idly high protein | Healthy Idly with Pudina chutney | Mint chutney Ingredients: Chickpeas - 1/2cup Green gram - 1/2cup Masoor dal - 1/2cup Toor dal - 1/2cup Whole Urad dal - 1/2cup Dosa Rice - 1/2cup Fenugreek - little Poha (as required) Salt to taste ▪️Take a bowl. ▪️Add all the ingredients wash it thoroughly and soak it for 10 hrs. ▪️After 10hrs grind the soaked ingredients and make a fine batter. (poha is used to make idly smooth). ▪️Mix the batter well and keep it aside overnight for fermentation. ▪️Morning Add salt to taste and little water. Mix the batter well. ▪️Now apply oil to idly tray and pour the batter and steam it for 15mins. Enjoy your healthy protein breakfast with chutney or sambar :) Serve hot and enjoy your Soft Fluffy Protein Breakfast.
