Back in 2023, When we visited Thirtharaj Prayagraj due to extreme heat conditions (45•C), We observed less waters in Triveni Sangam.
It appeared like that in the middle of the Rivers.
One has to take boat rides to reach Triveni Sangam.
It is at the center, Saraswathi River as Guptagamini merges with Holy Ganga & Yamuna rivers & form “The Triveni Sangam”.
Taking a holy dip in Triveni Sangam is considered extremely auspicious & it removes all sins.
📌 When we were returning back to the banks of Triveni Sangam we learnt that the depth of Yamuna River was 30 ft & depth of Ganga River was 50 ft. We were truly stunned! 😳
Maha Kumbh which takes place once in 144 years is now happening. If you’re someone who can make it to Prayagaraj now, Dont forget to take a holy dip in the rivers & offer Arghya to Gods & Ancestors.
