Ingredients:-
1.5 cup rava (suji, semolina)
Half cup dahi (curd)
1 cup water
pinch of baking soda
Salt as per taste,
Chilli powder
Finely chopped vegetables
Process:-
Mix the rava, curd, salt and water in a bowl, keep it a side for 10-15 mins, chopped the vegetables finely, now add the pinch of soda in the better mix it well , blend the better for make it smooth, now heat tha tawa or pan, greese it (optional), pour the better on it, sprinkle the toppings, cook it well and serve it hot with chutnies etc. 😋😋
