Affirmations are your frequency; they tune into the frequencies of your goals in every area of life. In this guided meditation, remember to align your affirmations with your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and actions (FTBA) across all aspects of life: health, career, relationships, and money. The first advice is to keep in mind is that affirmations should focus on the end result, not the steps to get there. When you become fixated on the outcome, it can lead to feelings of desperation and attachment, which creates stress and may prevent your affirmations from working. Whether you're manifesting acceptance into college, a happy marriage, a promotion, or financial abundance, it's important to focus on the result while staying detached from how it will unfold. The second key is to add emotional value to your affirmation. When manifesting, focus on how achieving the goal makes you feel. By aligning with the emotions your goal brings, you raise your vibration to match the frequency of the desired outcome, helping it manifest more smoothly. The third piece of advice is to speak your affirmations as if they’ve already come true. Affirm in the present tense, as though your goal is already part of your reality. The key is to make it feel as natural and familiar as possible. The more comfortable and effortless it feels, the easier it is for your subconscious mind to accept it and for the universe to align with it. By doing this, you remove resistance and allow your manifestation to flow to you with greater ease.
