2025 was quite a year to be alive! Now that 2026 is here I’m excited to keep learning about self care and all the things that bring true peace, health, joy, happiness and prosperity.
For New Year’s Day I cooked oven roasted turkey breast, black eyed peas, collards, corn bread, turkey broth soup and peach cobbler. It’s a meal that not only honors the ancestors, but also hits all the right spots to start off the new year.
