📌 Ingredients (for ½ kg prawns)
🦐🍤For Marination (1–2 hrs):
•Prawns – ½ kg
•Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
•Garam masala – 1 tsp
•Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
•Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
•Salt – as required
•Kulambu masala – 2 tbsp
•Lemon juice – 1 tsp
•Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
•Pepper powder – 1 tsp
•Cumin powder – ½ tsp
🍤For Coating:
•1 Egg
•A pinch of salt & pepper
•Bread crumbs – 5 slices (powdered)
•Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
•Oregano – 1 tsp
🍳 Method (Step by Step)
1️⃣ Clean and wash the prawns well.
2️⃣ Mix all marination ingredients, coat prawns evenly and rest for 1–2 hours.
3️⃣ Beat 1 egg with little salt & pepper – keep aside.
4️⃣ Prepare bread crumb mix: powdered bread + chilli powder + oregano.
5️⃣ Take marinated prawns → dip in egg mixture → coat with spiced bread crumbs.
6️⃣ Heat oil and deep fry / shallow fry till prawns turn crispy golden brown.
7️⃣ Serve hot with lemon wedges & onion salad – perfect crispy prawns 🦐🔥.
