I have tried them now for my HIIT workouts and my first impressions are good. They have great support around the ankles. They are lightweight and have a nice cushion, great for agility and plyometric work. Have you tried the Nike Metcon line? These are the Nike Free Metcon 4 Women's Training Shoes.
