This is great chinese food. ✨ Ready in 15 minutes 🍜 Flavor-packed chicken stir-fried noodles 🥦 Simple, fast, and better than takeout The ultimate weeknight stir-fry you’ll keep coming back to! Ingredients: 250-300g fresh egg noodles (or dry noodles, cooked as per packet instructions) 200g Chicken thighs, thinly sliced 1 tsp Shaoxing wine 1 tsp soy sauce ½ tsp corn starch 2 Spring Onions, cut into 3cm lengths A handful of green cabbage (100g), thinly sliced ½ a carrot (50g), julienned ¼ red onion, thinly sliced 2-3 garlic cloves, sliced Sauce mixture: 1 TBSP light soy sauce 1 TBSP vinegar 2 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1 tsp corn starch ½ tsp sesame oil ½ tsp chicken bouillon (optional) ¼ tsp salt Pinch of white pepper Method: 1. In a bowl, mix chicken with Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and corn starch. Set aside. 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch fresh noodles for 1 minute, then drain to remove excess oil. (If using dry noodles, cook according to package instruction. 3. Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden and chicken is almost cooked through. Add carrots, cabbage, red onion and garlic, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until just tender. 4.
