🍗 Chicken curry in Cooker Recipe | Easy
Ingredients:
Chicken – as needed
Curd – 2–3 tbsp (for marination)
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 large (chopped & fried)
Tomato – 1 medium (chopped)
Bay leaves – 1–2
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Water – ½ cup
Method:
Marinate the chicken with curd, red chilli powder, salt, and coriander powder. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Fry chopped onion in a pressure cooker until golden brown, then grind it into a paste.
In the same cooker, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, chopped onion and tomato. Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Now add the marinated chicken and half a cup of water. Mix well.
Close the lid and cook for 1-2 whistle again.
Serve hot with roti or rice!
