1 cup orange juice
Added dry fruits (Cashews, raisins,tuitfruit cherries, .) – soaked in orange juice for 2 hours
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil (vegetable or canola)
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup jaggery (or brown sugar, adjust to taste)
1.5 cups all-purpose flour (wheat)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chopped plums (fresh or dry fruit) .
2. Make the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together milk, oil, milk powder, wheat flour and jaggery until smooth.
3.decorate dry fruit , baked low medium flame 30 min .
